Mission Statement

The Chautauqua County Health Network (CCHN), an organization composed of the three hospital organizations in Chautauqua County, their governing boards and medical staff, is dedicated to strengthening the local health and wellness delivery system.

CCHN advances the interests of hospital and patients by strengthening the economic viability of hospitals and other health care providers, promoting access to quality health care related services, facilitating partnerships to address community needs, planning for the efficient delivery of care, and developing appropriate health resources.

CCHN defines and shapes the future of health care in Chautauqua County.

CCHN develops innovative models for rational health care delivery systems through program development, evaluation, tracking policy decisions, and advocacy.  We provide leadership in achieving creative solutions to community needs while maintaining health care providers’ viability.  We facilitate forums to openly share information and explore issues relevant to health care through promoting collaboration between hospitals, providers, community organizations and policy makers.

The following shared values guide and inspire CCHN’s efforts to generate positive changes in the health care systems of Chautauqua County through objectivity, clarity of ideas, accountability and credibility:
