The Chautauqua County Health Department completes a comprehensive Community Health Assessment every five years in an effort to assure local, state, and federal resources are allocated to address the most pressing health needs in the community. This link provides access to the 2004 - 2009 Community Health Assessment which should be considered a repository of knowledge that community members, grant writers, funders, and researchers can use as a comprehensive resource for health related data, reports, programs, and evaluations.
