The Get Covered! Campaign, a local initiative to improve access to health care coverage for Chautauqua County residents, has helped many people find
affordable health care coverage and gives them access to needed health care services. If you have patients or clients who are looking for coverage, the local
Get Covered! campaign may be able to help point the way.
CCHN had developed the
No Health Insurance? series of brochures in response to community for information related to health care coverage. The first edition, "
Worried About Medical Bills?", offers resources for finding free or low cost health care coverage. The second edition,
“Worried About Hospital Bills?”, is a simple referral guide to local, hospital-based financial assistance programs. The third edition,
"Worried About The Cost of Prescription Medications?", will be available in Fall 2008 and will provide prescription drug coverage options.

In addition, there is a toll-free number available to assist with finding the best health care coverage option. The Get Covered! Helpline is available between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and can be reached by calling 1-888-753-7315.
For copies of any of these materials, please call the Get Covered! Helpline, fax your order to 338-9740, or e-mail the Chautauqua County Health Network at
